RIGHT TO REFUND

You, the customer, are entitled to a refund of the money to be transmitted as the result of this agreement if PreCash, Inc. does not forward the money received from you within 10 days of the date of its receipt, or does not give instructions committing an equivalent amount of money to the person designated by you within 10 days of the date of the receipt of the funds from you unless otherwise instructed by you.

If your instructions as to when the moneys shall be forwarded or transmitted are not complied with and the money has not yet been forwarded or transmitted, you have a right to a refund of your money.

If you want a refund, you must mail or deliver your written request to PreCash, Inc., 5120 Woodway Drive, Suite 6001, Houston, TX 77056. If you do not receive your refund, you may be entitled to your money back plus a penalty of up to $1,000 and attorney's fees pursuant to Section 2102 of the California Financial Code.

Colorado:

Entities other than FDIC-insured financial institutions that conduct money transmission activities in Colorado, including the sale of money orders, transfers of funds, and other instruments for the payment or money or credit are required to be licensed by the Colorado Division of Banking pursuant to the Money Transmitters Act, Title 12, Article 52, Colorado Revised Statutes. The name of the institution and the name of any person(s) at the institution with whom the complaint has had contact. Include the telephone numbers and addresses.

A complete description of the complaint and any efforts that have been made to resolve the complaint directly with the institution.

Copies of any available documentation supporting the complaint and efforts toward a resolution.

Any suggestions regarding a preferred solution of the complaint.

Maryland:

The Commissioner of Financial Regulation for the State of Maryland will accept all questions or complaints regarding an Authorized Delegate of the licensee, PreCash, Inc., 5120 Woodway Drive, Suite 6001, Houston, Texas 77056, license #941613, and control number 4505312, at Commissioner of Financial Regulation for Maryland, 500 North Calvert Street, Room 402, Baltimore, Maryland, 21202-3651, or by phone at: (410) 230-6100 or toll free at: 877-634-6361.

Mississippi:

I&D Wireless is a duly authorized agent of PRECASH, INC. located at 5120 Woodway Drive, Suite 6001, Houston Texas 77056. PreCash, Inc. holds a valid and existing license issued by the Commissioner of Banking and Consumer Finance for the State of Mississippi pursuant to Chapter15 of the Mississippi Money Transmitter Act.

Nevada:

At every authorized Agent’s place of business, at all times, a schedule of the consumer rates charged for the sale or issuance of checks and receipt for transmission of money or credits should be posted.

New York:

PreCash, Inc. is licensed as a Money Transmitter by the New York State Department of Financial Services and is subject to supervision and regulation by the New York State Department of Financial Services and must exercise reasonable supervision over its agents and subagents to insure compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations with regard to money transmission.

Puerto Rico:

I&D Wireless shall display a notice to the public, in such form as prescribed by the rule, that authorized delegate is the authorized vendor of licensee. Pursuant to the "Money Services Businesses Regulatory Act", authorized delegate shall collect the two percent (2%) special charge on every money transmission processed or completed in Puerto Rico. Authorized delegate shall exhibit the Special Charge Model Notice issued by Treasury and disclose the Special Charge on every transaction receipt.

Texas:

PreCash, Inc. ("PreCash") is licensed under the laws of the State of Texas and by state law is subject to regulatory oversight by the Texas Department of Banking. Any consumer wishing to file a complaint against PreCash should contact the Texas Department of Banking.

I&D Wireless engages in money transmission and/or currency exchange business as an authorized delegate of PreCash under Chapter 151 of the Texas Finance Code. If you have a complaint, first contact the consumer assistance personnel at PreCash toll-free at 1-877-847-2266.
