I & D Wireless was founded in Mid January, 2001 and opened doors for business on February 14, 2001 in Mission, TX on Conway Plaza. We started as an Exclusive Dealer for CellularONE.
We have seen and have been involved in such changes as CellularOne getting bought by Alltel Wireless and Alltel Wireless later getting bought by Verizon Wireless.
We became Pocket Smart Wireless Authorized dealers in 2007 when the company entered our market. Pocket Smart Wireless offered great Value to customers by offering low monthly payments and unlimited service to wireless customers. Soon after entering the market, Pocket Smart Wireless dominated and had fast growth to be feared by the bigboys. Criket later entered the Market and went head to head with Pocket until they decided to purchase Cricket and eliminate the competition once and for all.
The joint Venture between Cricket and Pocket yielded very positive outcome for both Cricket and Pocket customers. Unfortunately it got to their heads and by eliminating dealers from the picture, they encouraged competition by other companies.
We will continue to provide excellent service and products to our loyal customer! We are very excited to be able to offer services as low as 19.99 for unlimited talk and texts.
